A classic from the 50’s, designed by british designer Terence Conrad, founder of furniture brand Habitat. This chair reflects perfectly the ingenious sprit of post-war modernism, when the use of cheap materials and old techniques was put to good use.

The chair consists of a painted iron frame where a large wicker cane cone seat fits. It’s entirelly hand made by basketweave artisans from the north of Portugal, Barcelos. The two pieces are very resistent, what allow to be used both inside and outdoors. They’re also perfectly pillable, what makes it easy to move around the house, or to store when not being used.
