Handmade in northern Portugal. Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, dimensions may vary in each hat.
This design is very true-to-size, so it's best to order exactly your head size. To know which size you should pick, please measure around your head, from your forehead, with a measuring tape. Write your head measurement in your order notes so that I can ship you a hat that will fit you.
I cannot accept free exchanges or returns for the wrong sizes, so be sure to double-check your measurements! Take into account that this is a handmade item, so measurements can vary slightly. PACKAGING
Hats are not shipped flat due to shipping restrictions. To guarantee a reasonable shipping fee, the package must be light; therefore, hats are shipped slightly folded upwards within a protective mailer. Once it arrives, holding the hat brim down with some weight and applying some heat to a damp hat, with the help of a hairdryer, will be enough to bring it to its original shape.
