Mariamélia is an online shop — based in Porto, Portugal — runned by Filipa Cruz. When placing an order the client recognises to have read the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.
All articles for sale in this webshop are described through images and text. If this information is not clear enough, the client should clarify any doubts about the items by e-mail, before proceeding with the purchase.
To place an order through this website you just need to add the items you intend to purchase to the ‘Cart’ by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button, bellow the description of each item.
In the upper right corner of the screen you can see the option ‘Cart’ where you can check the items you’ve added to your cart, change the quantity of each item or remove an item. In order to know the shipping costs and proceed with placing your order, just click on ‘Checkout’.
Placing an order through this website you can pay by credit card or Paypal.
Orders are processed by Stripe or Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay with your credit card or temporary credit card, choosing the option “Credit card Payment”.
All orders are are confirmed within 1 business day after the order is placed. After confirmation, and as long as the items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 4 business days. Articles available for PRE-ORDER, will be shipped within the deadline set for its production and shipping (normally 3 to 4 weeks).
All of our items are handmade or partially hand-finished. Because of that, the items can present some slight imperfections due to the its production processes. The materials used are also subject to specific care, included in the product description, an information that is sent along with each article. Most materials are of natural origin — like rattan, cane, wicker, leather, linen, cotton — so they’re aspect can change due to sun exposure or daily handling.
