The British trademarked everything, even colors. This dark green is similar to the famous British Racing Green, a color associated with motor racing that got its color because the first races took place in Ireland. This particular shade of green reminds us of Victorian interiors and has a certain patina. In enamel, it always looks good with lighter tones, such as Pistachio and White. Be aware that British Green is the second darkest shade in this palette, right after black.
